I’m going to start posting my meal plan for the week…mostly so i make sure i plan for the week… I find most of the recipes through SixSistersStuff.com and Eating Well Magazine (my favorite, because it also includes price/ serving), but I’ll try anything… Since, I don’t cook often, every recipe is new to me. Yay learning :/ hopefully they taste good!
All my recipes are either slow cooker (so they’re ready right when we get home from work) or 30 minute meals. We’re always starving when we get home at 6:30/7 pm, so I try to make our meal time as early as possible. We’re going to eat more salads, though, to ensure that we don’t overeat because we’re so hungry…
Here we go:
Monday: Roasted Chicken Drumsticks

Tuesday: Sausage and Peppers Baked Ziti
Wednesday: Slow Cooker Chicken Cordon Bleu (Eric loves this one, I should probably make it every week….)
Thursday: Slow Cooker Chicken Fricassee
Friday: TBD…. I found a recipe in Everyday Food that I might like, but not totally sure about it… I’ll decide later.
Well.. that’s the plan. we’ll see how this week turns out. Fortunately, all the meats were on sale at ShopRite this week!
