May was a busy month for my family... see the latest on MostlySewing.comThe past two weeks have been pretty crazy, so that explains the lack of posting πŸ™‚

On Thursday, May 7, Stef and I drove through the night to SC for my cousin’s graduation. We only slept for two hours at a rest stop in Virginia! So Sleepy. So much coffee. We had a great time, though. So much fun getting to catch up with friends and family.

The next weekend – May 15  – Eric and I drove to NH after work, arriving around 2 am. Again, So sleepy. Eric was in his best friends wedding and spent all of Saturday hanging out with them, while I just went running and went exploring in Keene, NH. After the rehearsal dinner, there were fireworks and a bonfire πŸ™‚ The wedding was on Sunday, May 17, and it was super hot for May in NH, but everything went smoothly.

Unfortunately, Eric did not take any photos of me playing violin πŸ™ but here are some other photos from the day… Again, beautiful weather! And that’s my past few weeks!

It looks like baby breath is trending for 2015 weddings…

I spent Memorial Day weekend helping my parents with a Cafe Pierrot makeover πŸ™‚ and organizing my craft room!! I’ll have a post about that later this week. For now, let me tell you how happy Eric was that my craft room was finally clean: “It only took 5 months, but you can finally see the floor!!” he said :p

This is one of our projects from the weekend:
