Day 10: Post-Christmas Shopping

Are you sick of shopping by now?? Probably… I know I am. But. There are still a few things that are worth shopping for after the holidays are over. Check out the list below, and let me know what you think!

Christmas Decorations

Did you notice anything specific missing this Christmas? Sometimes I raid the Target holiday section during the week after Christmas and find big packs of ornaments or garland that would be a great addition to my collection! Maybe don’t go overboard (it’s hard because sometimes the sales are SO GOOD), because it will just be in storage and you might forget that you bought it already…. but I’ll admit that it’s pretty fun to find new things when you bring out the decor next season.

Gift Exchange Gifts

Last year, Stefanie and I went to West Elm and bought beautiful gifts for less than $30. Perfect for those Christmas parties with a random gift exchange!

Wrapping Paper & Bags

My sister just suggested this to me – stock up on your wrapping paper, gift bags, and tissue paper now! Then when the holidays roll around next year, you’ll be able to wrap everything ahead of time!

Next Year’s Cards

If you’re not into photo cards, check out Paper Source or Papyrus for Christmas cards after Christmas! I did this one year, and I think I spent only $24 on all my cards (of course postage costs more).

Ok, this was short and sweet, but definitely something to consider after the holidays before the stores have cleaned up and re-arranged all the product.
